Shipping policy

Limited drop — batched fulfillment
This release has a limited quantity. Orders are batched and handed off to our fulfillment partner Witly (Hamilton, ON) after the drop sells out.

Processing time: Once the batch is handed off, please allow 10–15 business days for production and processing (receiving orders, size allocation, printing, packing).

Shipping time: After processing, your order ships with tracking. Standard carrier transit times then apply based on destination.

U.S. orders: Duties/import taxes are paid by the receiver. Carriers may assess additional fees, and U.S. inbound shipments can experience occasional delays.

Notes: We dispatch all items in one shipment per order (no split shipments). Address changes are best-effort if requested before the batch is handed off.
